Quit a Crashed Game Without Penalty

How do I quit a crashed game without getting penalized for it? My rating shouldn't go down because a game crashed. It is also keeping me from playing other turn-based games because it thinks I am "late" to the game. I've submitted a bug report and have also waited about a week. What is the best resolution?

Posting a link to the game table can enable us (meaning, random friendly forum members who have no ability to actually fix or resolve an actual crashed game) to view the game and see if we can determine the issue.

If the issue is a legitimate crashed game, you would need to contact BGA support.

Where/how exactly do I contact support? I've been trying to find a way.

I'm esstially soft locked out of playing any games (in turn-based mode) because it thinks I am taking too long to play the specific game. I don't play live, so bascially can't play anything.

I don't know how you can do it without penalty, but this link I think should have a quit button to get you out of that game.

You can also access the game chat from there to inform the other player, should they see it, or click on their name to contact them directly which is probably best, to let them know why you have to quit.

I'm just a normal player and don't have any special knowledge or access.

I'd suggest posting a bug and maybe contacting one of the developers of the game (see game page) with a kind message to alert them. Maybe they can help unlock you without penalty if they have time.

Often they are volunteers, fyi.
