The BGG English rules mention the white and black sides of radars and barriers. When you place them, they should be placed with white side up. But I can't find when they would be turned over to the black side?

I was just about to suggest this! I want to try out new games but I'm looking for something specific, like high interaction.

Yeah, this happened in a game I played as well. Seems like there should be something happening to the car in front as well. But I don't have the tabletop game so I don't know if there's a solution there.

I was happy to see this game implemented here, as I have played it IRL. The implementation is very nicely done as well and true to the original.

Perhaps the cards could be redrawn slightly? They're very dark and the colour scheme makes it hard to see the numbers. This is also true for the real game.

I also couldn't get past this step, while on mobile. The tutorial hat was in the way even when zooming out. Try desktop version and I think you should be good.
