Screen was frozen

Hello, I was playing Ark Nova this morning, but the game got completely stuck, the screen was frozen and I couldn't click anything. I tried to refresh en to reopen the window, but nothing worked. The website gave no reaction at all. Because of this I lost points of my ELO - ranking. This is not fair...
