Screen was frozen

Hello,

I was playing Ark Nova this morning, but the game got completely stuck, the screen was frozen and I couldn't click anything.
I tried to refresh en to reopen the window, but nothing worked. The website gave no reaction at all.
Because of this I lost points of my ELO - ranking.
This is not fair, because it was a fail of the system.
Does anyone know how to get it back maybe?

I would try the usual things - re-starting your computer,deleting cache,deleting cookies etc.Using a different browser,accessing the game from the link in your email prompt.
