I have the impression there must be a algorithm. For it seems like it is the same players who tend to be given first player and advantage in games to me. There is no way I believe it to be random.

I have the same request and I think it is terrible that you can have a notion of people making private messages which is against the rules, but that you can't block people from writing you or joining your games, when you know they are cheating, being kingmakers or just despicable.
