Board Game Arena

Looking more at posted rules I guess it acts correctly, I guess I feel place vs play should apply more broadly but only affects cards played that turn. It dies not seem to effect cards already on the board like a mushroom or shrub

Possibly I am too new and do not understand the rules :D When you play a gnat. You can place the bats cards from your hand on your board, 1 or more if you have them. The game as is online here allows you to draw a card for each bat placed. I think you should only draw cards when a bat is played mean...
