You cannot chat if you are below 50%...I was just playing a game, playing what I thought was reasonable time, nearly finished and got booted for going over. Got a message "GG but there is a reason I was playing Fast," after getting booted immediatley. What?...because you can't win playing ...

Only issue with this is that if you want to "Play Now" you need to be flexible with the games you play...otherwise it may take forever to find a game...let me know if I am wrong.
