How long does the fact that I've played three different games now take to sync?

As a developer? On the main site?

I can't post a bug report if I haven't played two different developer games when I'm finding it while working on the first that I"ve worked on?

I'm working on a game and have what looks like a bug and am trying to post a bug report but get a message that I have to have been registered more than 24 hours (it's been at least a month) and played two games. What counts as two games? I've tried playing multiple instances of the game I'm creating...
