Can't Post Bug

I'm working on a game and have what looks like a bug and am trying to post a bug report but get a message that I have to have been registered more than 24 hours (it's been at least a month) and played two games.

What counts as two games? I've tried playing multiple instances of the game I'm creating but the bug won't let me proceed. What am I missing?

As a developer? On the main site?

I can't post a bug report if I haven't played two different developer games when I'm finding it while working on the first that I"ve worked on?

Playing two different games has nothing to do with being a developer, otherwise hardly any player on BGA could fill a bug report. Just play any other game than Hearts (at least in beta, I guess) till the end: https://boardgamearena.com/gamelist

How long does the fact that I've played three different games now take to sync?

They haven't responded in a week... Is that typical? I've even re-sent the request...

Some BGA admins have been on summer vacation for the last few weeks, activity slows down in August. Be patient and resend your email in September if still no answer
