Quitting a game always has a penalty.
Conceding a game does not.

Most people are just conceding the game when they know they've lost, like in chess. It saves time. It saves no time. It is the LAST move of the game. Saves 5 seconds? It changes end of game score and stats. And it's poor sportsmanship. You can not compare resigning in Chess to quitting when the Boo...

These players should be penalized. Loss of Karma at a minimum. It's quitting on the last move and should not be allowed.

Most of your games aren't enjoyable to play, since you allow people to quit right at the end with no penalty.
