Thanks to both I believe that's why there's a "are you sure?" dialog that comes up when you click the skip button. It shouldn't be possible to do it completely by accident, maybe if you thought you were in a different game, but you should always double-check everything if you choose to go ...

Is it possible to undo the skipping of a player's turn on a table?
I did it by accident in a friendly tournament and am fishing for info to see the possibility to go back in time ^^'
