Ya, he came back after to brag about preventing me ELO as well. Red thumbed and moved on. Though I do wish there were stickier effects of reputation hits for intentional behavior like this.

I understand the IDEA of it being cool to not know who's won until after the tallying. However, for those that dislike the idea of players ending the game when they aren't in the lead (thereby kingmaking or altering the end results for other players), live scoring being off feels like it would great...

I'm with Poser and think the implementation works quite well, and I only started playing once it came to BGA. I've found that setting the map to full screen solved a lot of my issues w/ scrolling.

If it wasn't a perfect information game, I'd say no. But all of the scoring info is open in scythe. With it off all you're asking for is longer games w/ people sitting to calculate all of it instead. On the other hand I think random factions are far more detrimental to a competitive game of Scythe. ...

To be fair, there are stronger combos than those two now. Game metas develop over time and auction seems to be the best way to flexibly deal with the shifts.
