I know there is the excellent unconditional surrender

ok actually i do see it in the sea - just not on land
curious to see if mobilzation works at those transport lines - going to try next turn

it looks like you are right about evens down the middle
but odds seem to be between 32 & 33 (not 31 & 32) - correct?

huh - i zoom in all the way and i dont see this small default at all also are you sure you have the numbers right there as they dont make a straight line if you switch odd & even they make a straight line but good to know where this is so its possible to mobilizie on transport lines on this line...
