That's really interesting, since judging which order benifits the player takes extra efforts for the programmer, is there any reason that they don't let player choose the order by themselves, for saving player's time?

If I have several cards with end of rounds effect, what's the order performed? e.g. One card gives me one element if I have <=1 element. The other produces 1 element. Now I have 1 element, If the first one resolved first I will have 3 elements, but if the second one resolved first I only have 2. Tha...
