Is there a way to have the game skip the Opportunist (when a power card is revealed, player gets a change to buy it immediately) option if the player with that card doesn't have the energy to buy it?

We’ve been playing 3 player campaign. A friend would like to join. if we start a new game and pick a specific mission, will be able to move onto the next mission automatically or will we need to select a new mission each time?

When I’m playing on mobile, is there a way to see the back of the planet cards? I can’t find a way to tell how many colonize or warships I need.
