Thank you. I see your reply came as I found the answer in the other post. This was exactly the answer I needed.

I think I should have said, I couldn’t accept as I was the one who proposed the trade. Everyone else refused. Therefore MY trade offer needed to be cancelled or revised.

They have since changed the wording at the top so it no longer says “you are asked to trade”.

I feel that players should write in the chat what they have on offer to trade if they want.
