I started a game in realtime and meant to start in turn based. This was with a friend. I left the game and got dinged on karma. How do you leave a game mutually with a friend so no one gets dinged?

Seeing that you are working on this issue, for hours, just convinced me to become a member and contribute to the cause. I just joined for 1 year. I would encourage others to do the same. Thanks for this site and for all you do to keep it up and running!
