Question about leaving a game

I started a game in realtime and meant to start in turn based. This was with a friend. I left the game and got dinged on karma. How do you leave a game mutually with a friend so no one gets dinged?

Abandon. It is the button to the right of the concede button.

Thank you so much! I didn't know where concede was either, then found it under the gear icon, so that was very helpful!
