That is incorrect. You still move on the tracks even if the character tiles run out. This is backed up by the designer in the FAQ. Taking away the tracks ability alters the design of the game. No character tiles are ever returned to there original stacks. I hope BGA corrects this mistake.

Please, show me the board in German Whist, Toepan, Sergeant Major, Mighty, Rummy, Two-Ten-Jack, Schnapson, Ecarte, Durak,Kings in the Corner, Cucco and Calypso. Last 20 Beta games 16 are card games. I thought this was BOARD Game Arena? Card games are board games too!
