I got an early version of this. I must note that getting better rolls is bugged, hope they fix it before the official release.

There are several versions of the game available which use either the round-up or the round-down rule. Here on BGA you can create a game using either variant.

For what it's worth: according to Stefan Dorra, the game's designer, the rule should be to round-down (so you get back $2).
