Restricting playing hours is easier to implement, as it has already been implemented.... :) Just that for time zone you do not need to change the user settings. Anyway, I think that any improvement to avoid enoying situation where you want a fast paced game and people that join did not look closely...

I agree someting needs to be done. Some people are joinning randomly and slow games because they did not realize they are in the wrong time-zone. This is realy anoying. The person who sets the game should be allowed to ask that people are in the right time zone(s) before starting. A check box could ...
