often i can't start the game .it remains stuck on 'waiting for tanne'

after i close the game ( as it remains on 'waiting' ... i still loose the game (and ranking + reputation)

this started about 18 hours ago, it wasn't like that at the start of arena mode

( btw it is about 'can't stop ' )
