Yes and have a few loaded turn based games for this Arena with final scoring on. Will these games count or will they be wiped? They did fix this somewhat. When a player accepts the trade you proposed it is greyed out and listed as accepted. When the player offers a new trade it isn't greyed out.

Again, these settings are not "forced on your game". They are the settings chosen for arena. Your games are completely unaffected and you can personalise them to your heart's content in the standard area. If you want to join in arena you are welcome to but you have to use the same setting...
