Sadly, the developers have abandoned the game.
It's a shame because the game is really worth it, and I was hoping Pantheon would be developed as well.
Let's hope someone gets back to working on it.

It seems to me that the most important new rules are: a) Terrain Height: There are now 3 levels assigned to units depending on their position: on the ground, level 0; on a hill, level 1; and on a mountain, level 2. This affects line of sight, and two units on a level 1 hex are not blocked by a level...
