Will be new rules implemented on BGG ?

It seems to me that the most important new rules are:

a) Terrain Height: There are now 3 levels assigned to units depending on their position: on the ground, level 0; on a hill, level 1; and on a mountain, level 2.
This affects line of sight, and two units on a level 1 hex are not blocked by a level 0 unit or level 0 terrain (e.g., a village).

b) Air superiority is taken into account based on the front and year in which the scenario takes place. For example, the Axis now has superiority until 1943 on the Western Front.
