Is Can't Stop "slower" than it used to be?

A while ago (months, probably, but I'm not totally sure) it seemed like Can't Stop got slower, or less responsive. I think it's especially pronounced when I play on my phone. I have two games -- Carcassonne and Russian Railroads -- that are stuck with this error every time I try to play my turn. However, I have two others , Through the Ages: A New Story of Civilization and Cribbage, that I was able to take my turns in. All are turn-based.
