IMO it shouldnt - but values are dependent on game, and within the game a host of other variables, eg. game popularity. So the same achievement for different game may be worth different points, and event the same achievement for the same game may be worth different points when at different time - I ...

It's not terribly popular game, but not obscure either - people do play it all right .

I have no idea how big is the pool for realtime players, as I only play it turn-based. And real-time requires short search time, really - there may be not enough players for this.
