Time to think cannot accumulate more than initial time

I'm a player of Seasons and I usually set the time limit as "Slow" for more time to think. I know many players want to play fast games, so I don't join games which set time limit as "Fast". However, after system changes, I (and my friends) notice that it's easy to run out of time...
