Tough game for a good player but his average card value was 67 and everyone else was close to 50. I felt for him.

Part of the problem is the screen detailing your penalty does not actually tell you which game and which match you quit from. The message says that it looks like you didn't finish a game. So a new user to the site may have trouble telling you which game they didn't finish. My suggestion is that you ...

I'm at 65 and the next closest is at 55.

I would really like the site to track the number of times a player is the highest or lowest average card value. I'd like to see that.

I've had averages in the 70s and averages in the 30s. Both make it very difficult. But the biggest challenge is when you are different from everyone else. It doesn't matter if you are playing pro or normal, you are in trouble.
