Board Game Arena

As of last start to Arena, I can no longer see the names of players I am about to play against before the game starts. Did something change? I've tried on a different browser and its the same thing. What am I missing?

Perhaps a solution would be to value "non-winner" victories at 50% (or at some other percentage), that is, the 2nd takes only 50% of the Elo points he should gain for "defeating" the 3rd and the 4th (and symmetrically the 3rd and the 4th lose only 50% of the points). In this way...

Has it been suggested that due to the nature of Hearts that some tweak to the awarding of points be made? It isn't a game that is played as intended when points are awarded for 2nd place. Can the ELO be changed so that the only positive points are for 1st place?
