At the same time there is this option when I choose any of my other military worlds.

... Many players play arc 1 without goals and without takeover... but why are they playing without it? Their reason is the most important point for understanding ;) Because the enjoy the game more without the modules? The expansions still bring new cards and change the game. or because playing orb ...
