Do the settings for restricting choice of opponents by level (At, Near, Close, Far) work for Arena games? If so, what are the settings to prevent Bronze-level players from joining a game that has been started by an Elite-level player?

I think Alex meant the Trump indicator. I agree with him that the new Trump should be displayed before the cards are dealt.
