Apologies if this has been asked before, but is there a way to order your turn-based games so the one at the top (or the one that appears first when you click 'X tables') is the game which has been waiting the longest for your move?

Is there a way to hotseat with yourself? I'm assuming it's frowned upon to create a second account just for the purpose of practicing a game.
