No help there I’m afraid

I am a new player. I know the game, what I don’t know are the mechanics of taking actions. For example how do I use resources, how do I manipulate my population. Surely there should be some sort of guide as to how to play on the site

Um, there is no help with the mechanics on the forum specific site. Surely some form of guide should be available.
