Through the Ages

I’m new to the arena, currently playing 2 games of TtA. I know how to play the game but have no idea how the mechanics of playing on the site work. For example how do I use resources to build a wonder, how do I use population counters etc. I have only just worked out the process for picking a card. Is there any place where I can learn these fundamentals - I fear that I will spoil the game for other players simply because the actual mechanics of playing are not clear. Any help would be most welcome

I have never played this game. However,

1. Load/Watch the animation of the game on the BGA/ Games/Through the Ages webpage.

2. Watch another live game in action.

3. Play a game in training mode.

4. Ask the other players for advice. You are playing a Turn based game, so there are relatively few time constraints.

5. Pose specific questions on the correct Forum ( Forums/ Games related Forum/ Through the Ages) Web page. This is more likely to attract the appropriate player's attention.

Um, there is no help with the mechanics on the forum specific site. Surely some form of guide should be available.

It may just not have been created yet. Again, the best place to ask is in the game specific forum, not in the forum group dedicated to Non-BGA topics.
