Just making the 2nd stage of Alexandria night cost 2 ore would be such a simple fix. Might not be the ideal fix but I think it would make Alex more balanced.

And for Alex day side, maybe 2 ore for first stage and 2 stone or 2 timber for the second stage?

The wonder are mostly the same. . . The wonders are actually tremendously different in terms of average score and average place achieved by players, depending on wonder drawn. It's not just Hali either. Alexandria is noticeably worse than 5 wonders and Olympia is considerably worse than 5 wonders. ...
