Hello, i noticed in my last game (Table #710140798 _ move 58) that the game doesnt end at 12 cards, but 14

Couldnt find any explanations about that rule change anywhere (i swear i tried)

Is that the actual rule when you play alien-no orb ? 14cards limit ? or is it 13 ?
