Hi, I created a kami tournament (https://boardgamearena.com/tournament?id=86631) and set the time per player per game to 30h. Which is too low. Il y a toujours du monde pour faire du tour par tour. On doit être une dizaine à en faire régulièrement.

Alterner 1v1 et 2v2 serait aussi une bonne idée.

Your soldier (and your heir) wasn't directly adjacent from your shapeshifter, so only 2 points for your shapeshifter and only 3 for your lord.

Also a stack only counts for one.
