Is there a reason why after I take an action that enables another player to take a Lighthouse action, for it to come back to me to confirm my action? I was initially confused when it came back to me as I thought I had selected a move accidentally. When I cancelled it, it reversed the prior action. I...

We have just started a game on Mexico map with "No bidding - Worst is first" selected. After I passed for the initial bidding, I was given a bond and deducted $2K for going 2nd. Is that normal?
