I have signed up for 7 Wonders tournament. How I suppose to start ? Received no links to clikck ... I am just loged in and waiting for 18.00 CET hoping that something will apprear on the screen ? Please help

Yes, you just wait. It's all automatic.
You'll get a banner link at the top of the screen come 18:00.
If it's a turn based tournament, then the games just get added to your list of games in progress,
