It appears to be zippy again. How can I tell what server I'm on if this needs to be reported again in the future?

Yeah, back to normal.

You don't have any control about which server hosts the game.

It's visible in the URL : boardgamearena.com/7/kingoftokyo means server 7 if I'm not mistaken.

Edit : even on server 9 it's OK now

Me too. Unplayably slow.I even lost some reputation points because I left the game when I thought I had resigned.

We are aware of the issue, which concern our turn based server.

This is not a permanent issue, and usually it last few minutes. However yesterday evening it lasted way too long (almost 3 hours).

We are working on a permanent fix with a new server, but this is taking some time (many games ongoing ).

I'm having a possible similar issue, that Go became almost unplayable, the tab had high CPU usage and everything ran incredibly slowly. Not like that with other games, so maybe I'll report that to the Go dev specifically.

Super slow and I cannot get support.

I'm not tech savvy.

I am a paying member though which is disappointing as today I was trying to play with some friends and lost several games of Spot It as I was 4-5 moves behind everyone else.

For the past hour I have not been able to "connect to server" even though my internet is working fine.

I press the "Play Now" link and have not been able to play any games as it won't connect.

I tried the diagnostic test on this site and it's all green so apparently everything is working fine but I am still not able to play any games.

Tried on different browsers with no luck, tried incognito mode, fiddling with pop-ups option, no luck.

Seriously frustrating.

If this keeps up I will not renew my subscription. I mean, why pay if you can't play.
