Penalized after server malfunction

I was playing Wizard in the arena when the servers went down. While my reputation does not show an abandoned game, the game history indicates that I did abandon that game, which I did not. As a result, I suffered losses in ELO points. All other players in the game received 1. I got 0.

Edit: Sorry, was too fast, next poster is right, ELO usually isnt fixed.

It is funny that in those BGA messages regarding their attack, they encouraged people to quit because there would be no penalties (penalties meaning... only Karma/Reputation losses), knowing that someone (usually the first one quitting a table, but not always) will still get ELO loss, a loss they will not be able to correct because of the Ripple Effect.

I was in a terra mystica game when the server crashed and I couldn't return to the game.
