Playing Welcome on IPad

I tried to play Welcome on my IPad. I am familiar with the game. I didn’t know how to select the card and move to the estate I wanted. I couldn’t draw my fence with my finger either. I couldn’t click n drag or other usual types of methods. Can someone tell me please. Yes, I did the tutorial. It is not for an iPad. Cheers
