Playing Welcome on IPad

I tried to play Welcome on my IPad. I am familiar with the game. I didn’t know how to select the card and move to the estate I wanted. I couldn’t draw my fence with my finger either. I couldn’t click n drag or other usual types of methods. Can someone tell me please. Yes, I did the tutorial. It is not for an iPad. Cheers

What do you mean ?? Just click the card.

click the card. click where you want to place. there is no dragging.
