Battle of the gods (part I) event is over ! But don't worry, you still can play with cultists, and bonus monsters !
The event will just not be enabled by default.

If you still want to play with Cultists, read the first post on this thread : https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewto ... 65&t=23393

Is there eventually a plan to change the name option to just something like "enable cultist expansion" in the the table set up? It's gonna be confusing down the road if we have to remember which battle of gods event (considering it's likely we'll get at least one more) is which expansion. Thanks for the excellent BGA implementation :)

It's currently named "Battle of the Gods (part I) event (Cultists)" to identify the Cultist mechanic for now. BEcause it is new, I guess it can stay like this, but in the future(a year from now) it would make more sense to have the base game set-up, and then check boxes to enable which expansion mechanic to include. Which for now is Halloween(Costume Cards) and Ctulhu(Cultist Tiles).

The actual game also provides us with other expansions such as King Kong(Tokyo Tower), Anubis(Curse Cards), Cybertooth(Berserk Mode) and Power Up(Evolution Cards). There are also some other promo cards that can be included(the set of 11 cards will ge re-released in about a week with the Monster Box).
But that's all up to IELLO and what future plans they might have with the game, if they would be willing to expand the licence.
