why is 'this card IS NOT' not marked?

When I hint red, 2cards are marked as red, but why are the other 3 not marked as NOT RED? Its trackable information that can be remembered by taking notes / referring to log. Why is 'this card IS' marked, but not for 'this card IS NOT'? Is this wasting players time to take notes?

When a card has 'this card IS NOT' for colors and numbers, always show it. When the card's color and number is confirmed, only show the confirmed stuff. Is this better and more convenient?
