Sorry if I missed the answer... but can someone tell me how to access the https://boardgamearena.com/gameinprogress page ?

It used to be a one click feature from everywhere and I can't seem to find it at all now.

Click on your profile image at the top right. There's a button at the bottom that says "View all current tables"

The other problem I have with the new UI is that the site no longer works on my iPad. When I try to load the games in progress page (or any page in BGA as far as I can tell) it just sits there with the loading screen never to load (just like it does with any game that doesn't work in my version of the iPad browser like Railroad Ink.

This is frustrating as I can no longer use BGA on my iPad which makes it much harder for me to play my turns quickly.

I agree with Cullich, just now in Firefox when I clicked on the orange icon it took me to the first game in the turn. But earlier in Apple/on a small screen it was taking me to the sidebar.

Yes, I was using Firefox. Probably should have said so.

But, I just tried on my iPhone in Safari, and it also took me to the first game in queue. Not sure what browsers Apple people are using.

The other possibility that I mentioned was that I was just misclicking on the Apple device. This is possible because it was a smaller screen, and I was not systematically testing/checking it at the time, I was just trying to play my turns! Either way, the effect was the same- I was getting the side bar instead of going to my games.

And going to the "first" game instead of the tables list is still a problem
And not being easily able to see the games it is my turn in is still a problem.

As I see that you are working with it, some ideas on this, in my opinion and in case they are useful:

- The new table icon should lead directly to https://boardgamearena.com/gameinprogress instead of opening the side menu (that is already done by the profile icon, it is not necessary to have two icons in the same place for the same function )
- The idea of ​​changing the color of the table icon when there are pending games is too subtle. It would be better to change to a very different color or at least increase the size. Right now the change goes unnoticed (if I hadn't read that this happens, I wouldn't have detected it ...)
- Recovering the banner is important as they have already mentioned on several occasions. Just another vote in favor.
- When I have https://boardgamearena.com/gameinprogress open and it's my turn to some table it would be great to be able to see that table at the top of the list. Now I only have about 5 games open but I usually have quite a few more. It would be faster to find where I have to play. I do not know if it is feasible, but I leave it as an idea. Perhaps as an alternative, an option to "show only the games in which it is my turn".
- I am detecting moments in which I have a pending turn but the favicon (tab icon in the browser) remains static. Have you changed something about this? (in firefox for ubuntu, version 95.0)



Apart from this topic, comment that in the new side menu the friends tab is titled "friends" in English, although the rest of the page is in Spanish. In the list of games I also read "xxx turn" instead of "turno de xxx". The rest of the texts are correctly translated.

And another suggestion, which has already been commented on on occasions but perhaps it would be interesting to raise it again. Not all of us want to continually show whether or not we are connected to all players. Please include an option to appear "offline" or "not available" to avoid conversations or invitations to games at times when I do not want or not can receive them.

I find the notification indicator to be too subtle. The old red exclamation point was unmissable, now it seems the circle around my avatar changes color, but if I have just returned, or am not paying attention to it, it isn't very obvious.

I guess I'll maybe learn the 2 colors for none vs some, but I only happened to notice the color change today after playing quite a bit with the new interface.

The most noticeable part of the icon is whether I am online, which is odd to highlight so strongly unless you'll be adding the ability to manually set if others can see I'm online.

Left clicking on it displays an overlapping window. At its bottom, I see a "View game history" button which leads to https://boardgamearena.com/gamestats. There is also a "Play" button with a smilar behaviour than the "Play now" top menu option.

I think it's showing you the "View game history" button because you don't have any active games. My button says "View all current tables (9)" because I'm currently playing nine games. I think the button text and link are contextual.
