SFTP sync with WinSCP

Hello.

As show in tutorials and here i install WinSCP and log in my sftp folder. First, i don't have gomoku folder. Next, i can't delete other folders like "tutorialFolder".

But my real problem is the automated sync. I start it and it never end...

What is actual problem? You may not be able to delete some folders if they mounted by admin but so what?
Do not sync whole remote folder, only sync your specific game.
If you choose continious sync - it never ends. Just do you stuff - edit and create files and it will sync it.
