new developer login, no email

I registered an account (user name JayEff), and did not receive the initial email
the email works, as i accessed and changed the password via password recovery.

can i get the initial email resent please

I still have not received the "initial" developer email.
I sent the email to studio.boardgamearena as requested.

is there any other way to get the FTP credentials. i beleive that is really all i am missing.
the other alternative would be to delete my account and try and create a new one.
would that work? or accounts simply deactivated and not deleted, therefore email account is still registered
