Splotter confirm they do not want their games being developed here.

I messaged the people at splotter to see if we could get permission for Roads & Boats here, and they replied with this message:

Hi,

I have asked Joris and Jeroen for their input on the question and frankly the answer they gave me can be summarized as 'no'. We would appreciate it if it is possible to register this for all Splotter titles. Thank you for your time and enthusiasm though!

I noticed that Food Chain Magnate is in the list of Pre-alpha games, so presumably that would need to be removed too.
